CM 6.3 with Aura Messaging. Front desk staff transfer calls to vdn/vector which routes calls to hunt group or voice mail system (depending on time of day listed in business schedule). Staff indicate that only when calls are routing to voice mail that they must press the transfer multiple times before the calls finally leave their station. Staff is using 8434DX digital telephone sets.
