CM System Platform and Existing Server

    HI,

I want to find out what is the Existing Server used in CM 6.X, from the system dump file i understood it is VCM. My question is if CM is 6.0 VCM is not supported, but in system dump file platform is 28, CM is R016x.00.1.510.1.

I wanted to confirm whether it is VCM or other Avaya provided physical server. Also i found that CM, CMM, AES, Elite all loaded in same HOST ID.

If you're seeing CM and AES 6.x on the same server, you're running the Midsize Enterprise template on System Platform. To find the hardware type, SSH into Domain-0 and execute the following as root:

    dmidecode -s system-product-name

    R016x.00.1.510.1 is CM v6.0.1.
