For the last couple of days we have been maxing out the license on Nodal CCT contact center voice terminals. It looks as though they are not being release when agent slog out.
Do anyone know what these licenses are used for and have you every experienced a similar problem.
I am waiting on Avaya to update me on what they are, how they are consumed... but still no answer.
Hoping someone can shed some light on it for me.
