IOS Equinox to Equinox issue

have a very strange issue regarding the Equinox IOS app and windows program. I log into a 9611g sip and call another 9611g sip without any issues. I log into an Equinox IOS app and call a 9611g sip and it works fine. I try calling an equinox to equionix ios/windows and the call fails. I am getting a SIP/2.0 403 forbidden (TLS required) and SIP/2.0 Forbidden (Denial 1183). My sip trunk between CM and Session manager is tcp 5060 and I have the equinox apps using tcp 5060 and the same with 9611g. I have imported the security_module_sip tls certificate to the iphone and enabled it as well.

I discovered I had to change the uniform dialplan for the extensions that were routed to session manager from using Net aar to Net ext. I then had to apply an adaption to the CLAN.
