    Connecting Avaya with CUCM

    Hi All,
    I need help as soon as possible.
    I configured a SIP trunk to integrate an Avaya CM 6.3 with a Cisco CUCM 8.6.2

    SIP trunk has been configured and is up and running.
    But Calls from Cisco to Avaya not work, when the calls from Avaya to Cisco work fine, but caller ID number not displayed in Cisco IP phones.

    Has this problem passed on to any of you, and has such a problem been resolved?

    Please make sure private or public numbering plan is configured for these extensions for this trunk

      Is the integration through Session Mgr or is there a direct SIP trunk between them?
