We have an issue with CM 6.0.1 with a REFER based transfer cal flow.
We send a in-dialog REFER to CM. The SIP URI in the Refer-To header contains a mixture of alpha-numeric characters in the user part. CM correctly processes the REFER and sends a new INVITE request to the server identified in the host part of the URI but the user part of the request URI contains just the numeric characters, all of the alpha characters have been removed. For example:
So far we've been unable to find what CM configuration is causing this behaviour. Is this behaviour that anyone is aware of and if so does anyone know if the behaviour can be modified such that the r-uri in the INVITE correctly reflects that in the REFER Refer-To header? Any pointers/help you can give would be gratefully appreciated.
