Parallel line/extension on 3 telephones

Hi

I am new to Avaya CM.

I require to configure, 3 IP Phone Avaya 9611 / 9641 with same extensions on all - This is for the BOSS

Another 1 extension with brdg-appr (BOSS NO ON KEY 4) for secretary.

When Secretary answers BOSS call- by taking the call on Key 4. She tries to transfer to BOSS EXTN but after the BOSS answers, still other phones are ringing.

Please, guide me how to cut the line from other phones, if answered from one of the phone.

Not sure if this will resolve your issue, If feasible I would suggest to use team button for boss-secretary rather than using bridge appearance.

In your case, If call is already picked up on bridge call appearance for key 1, other bridge appearances for key 1 should stop ringing, unless call is on key 2 of boss extension and key 2 bridge appearance is configured on other stations.
