    OneX Portal sync users with Child Domain

    Hi All,

    My customer site have childs domain. How can i sync OneX Portal with child domain for users account? Now i can be sync users with root ad and add contacts with childs domain only. Please kindly suggest me to fix this problem.

    what's the base DN you put in LDAP seetings?
