Utility Server 7.1.2 & 4600 phones

We are trying to set up the 4600 phones just like the 9608 phones from our Utility server, v7.1.2. The 4600s aren't getting the 46xxsettings.txt file & they aren't backing up to the Utility server. The 9608 phones are doing both. Both types of phones are doing H.323. Is there some special magic we have to do on the Utility server to accomplish this?

Simply load a 46xx phones firmware to utility server and try

96xx phones first use "96xxupgrade.txt" file to get firmware and setting files and i think there may be something similar for 96xx phones.

I am not sure if this will work , but Simply create a file named as 46xxupgrade.scr and have below comment in the file.

GET 46xxsettings.txt

the file has to be in /var/www/html directory of your utility server
