Upgrade to 7.1 Licenses

I currently use CM 6.3 with Foundation Suite licenses. We have direct AVAYA Support: Support advantage, Preferred Support with Upgrade Advantage.

Will I be able to simply upgrade my 6.3 Foundation Suite licenses to release 7.1, or will I need to purchase Core / Power to replace my Foundation Suite licenses?
