Is it possible to create a virtual station or extension without needing actual hardware to call?
I am trying to setup a person at another site that is not on our Avaya system to be able to dial into ours using OneX Communicator to an assigned extension so they can change a site status announcement.
So far the only option i know of is to actually setup a station here onsite.
