I have a question regarding the statistical view iapplicationstat.
In this view there are several series of fields with fixed increments of seconds: ansdelay2...ansdelay4 etc. We need to know how many calls were answered after 15 seconds however the first ansdelayn fields are in increments of 2.
a. Is there a way to get a customized view of iapplicationstat which will present the ansdelay fields in increments of 1 second (till 60 seconds) so we could calculate how many calls were answered after 15 seconds and this will allow more flexibility with defining the categories of answered calls thresholds
b. If not how can we calculate it using the provided views ? (we are using an external SQL tool connecting to the DB )
