Night service button gives an error message "Feature Invocation Failed" on avaya SIP

Hello,

One of customer is having issue with Night service button. Night service button gives an error message "Feature Invocation Failed" on avaya SIP. The phone is configured as 9630 SIP phone. I tried searching solution for the issue with no luck.
Can someone please assist me to fix it.

Thanks for your assistance. As per the link you shared I believe, it is meant for 7.0 platform. How if the customer is on 6.3 platform.
