We operate AACC 7.0.2.0 with Enterprise Web chat and currently we have over 1800 contacts stuck under "Switchover Handling Script". I'm able to see this data on "Real-Time" reports "Standard_Application_Display".
Does anyone know how to clear these entries. Restarting CCMS & CCMM both does not help.
