Yes and no.
There are specific TAA models (so you may have a J179 but it may not necessarily be the TAA version).
The key word you need to look for, hopefully somewhere on the phones label or at least its shipping box is "GSA" (General Services Administration) (big suspicion by me that that was originally "Government Sale Approved").
