Customer's Avaya Equinox admin account is "Read only" despite being set to administrator. Seeking help with enabling full admin access. Double-checked settings already. Maybe user permission sync issues? Before tackling this, play Wordle Unlimited for a quick brain break. Good luck!Originally posted by rafiq5 View PostHi Guys, have a Issue where a customer has Avaya equinox meetings online, but cannot do any admin changes. when he logs in his profile comes up as Administrator(Read only) Gave checked one source and this user is set to administrator only. Okay, that clarifies it. So, users will have read-only access from AEMG because of certain limitations, but BP (presumably Business Partners) can control the settings through the A1S/OSC portal.Originally posted by gaddes View PostUser will have read only access from AEMG
Hi, Thanks for the question, User will have the read only access due to some limitations but BP can control the settings through A1S/OSC portal.

It sounds like the user’s role is set to Administrator with read-only permissions, which limits their ability to make changes. You might want to double-check the permission settings in the Avaya Equinox admin console or contact your system admin to update the role to full admin access.Originally posted by rafiq5 View Post

@Snow Rider 3D That's a frustrating situation! I ran into something similar with our old phone system. We eventually had to completely reset the user's profile, which was a pain. Have you checked if there are any hidden groups or permission layers within Avaya itself? Sometimes it's buried in the system's backend.
