Is there any documentation on the Avaya 5600 / 8600 related to non-Avaya SFP's and their compatiblity / supportablity?

If using a non-Avaya SFP are log messages / errors created?

Hello,

non Avaya SFPs on ERS5xxx up to 6.2.3 no log and error messages
on 8600 starting with sw-version 5.0.x - log messages
