Avaya ERS 4500, 5500, 2500 software lifecycle policy

    hi
Can anybody help me with the Lifecycle policy for the Software versions of the Avaya Networking products. I have checked in the Lifecycle Summary Matrix. But that document doesnt have the software lifecycle details.

    regards

most of the time, if you call in with a problem, they'll first ask you to upgrade to the latest version(unless you've upgraded to the latest version and it sucks, they'll ask you to downgrade. But they won't say anything on their website, so new users continue to upgrade). But if you have 8600's, it's a different story as you might be stuck on a version due to hardware limitations, etc.
