8600 COP-SW WARN - Packet memory refresh

Dear,
My switch is an 8600 with two 8692 SF without SF. there are many modules installed, see below:
#Slot 1 8612XLRS
# Slot 2 8612XLRS
# Slot 3 8612XLRS
# Slot 4 8612XLRS
# Slot 5 8692SF
# Slot 6 8692SF
# Slot 7 8648GBRS
# Slot 8 --
# Slot 9 8648GTRS
# Slot 10 8648GTRS

I receive many errors like COP-SW WARNING Slot 10: Packet Memory Refresh Lane 1 Reason 1 and the slot 10 was freeze. all my connected devices lost the network conectivity.
Can someone help me?

You may have to reseat the module and check if still issue persists raise a SR.
