8895 Chassis Revison support

We recieved a number of 8895s and require setting up in a lab and testing them before bringing them to customer site.
In our lab we have chassis that are lower than revision 6. Is it possibe to do lab testing with older than revison 6 chassis using 8895SF plus an 8834 card.
