I have 3) Baystack 425-24T that do not recognize port 26

Is there a software fix for this? 2 were new failures right out of the box. I updated the sw image and that didn't help. Any suggestions?

    Background:
With the 3.5 release for the Ethernet Switch 425-24T, the default setting for stacking is "enabled". On new units shipped pre-loaded with the 3.5 release, users will not see port 26. For customers who want to use port 26, disable stacking on the 425-24T unit and reboot the switch.
Note: Since the Ethernet Switch 425-48T does not support stacking in the 3.5 release, the default setting has stacking "disabled". The default setting for stacking on the 425-48T will change to "enabled" in an upcoming release.
    Analysis:
Since this is a change to the default settings from previous releases for the 425-24T, customers may believe that port 26 is no longer operational on the unit.
    Recommendations:
When upgrading to release 3.5 for the 425-24T, you will need to disable stacking in order to see port 26.
    Required Actions:
For customers who want to use port 26, disable stacking on the 425-24T unit and reboot the switch.
