COM 3.0 grouping

After I upgraded Configuration and Orchestration Manager from 2.3 to 3.0, I cannot group any devices like in the manual. After that I try to install COM from scratch, run discovery but after that I still cannot group device together. On map (home) right mouse button click under Administrative Actions / Create a group button is missing and in Group manager Add group button is disable.
I`m default admin user with NetworkAdministrator user role.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me?

my latest information is, that this function is enabled only in Ent Plus license for now.

Ent Plus - which license is that? I have the same issue, and have COM + BCM for 1200 devices as well as VSN manager. From the release notes, I can't see any kind of license for this feature?

I can do it, the license name is COM_Ent_50, version 3.0.
