Nortel WLAN Security Switch 2382

I have a Nortel WLAN Security Switch 2382 connected to 40-50 Avaya WLAN Access Point 2332
I'm not able to access the switch since I don't have the User name & password... also our IT admin has left the company, so he might also has changed the password..

is there any way to access it , reset it ? without losing the licenses

I need to change the Wifi Key only

Have a option,

search for a Restore Password in WSS 2380. I made the new passwd a long time ago.

You will need reset the equipment and enter in BOOT config to change it.
