How do I disable SNMP Link Up/Down Traps?

Hi,

My 'interesting' syslog messages are getting swamped by messages telling me when an access port went up / down.

Can I disable link up / down traps whilst keeping other SNMP traps?

Do you use solar winds?
Just bring up the node, select list resources, and remove the check from the ports that you dont want to monitor.

But that sounds like it will disable ALL traps for that interface. I still want to see notices regarding interfaces just not link up/down notices.
