I checked support.avaya.com/downloads and v3.7.3 isn't there like you mentioned, if that's where you were looking. If you weren't looking there however, v3.7.2 and v3.7.4 are present if they can help. Product search was for "Ethernet Switch 470 Series". Best of luck. -Eric
