Avaya 4550-T-PWR Creating VLAN

Hi All,

This is my first time ever touching an Avaya switch

I have four phones that are not getting an IP from the switches I noticed that on one switch The ports where the phones are plugged into are not part of the voice vlan so I need to add these ports to the vlan What is the command to do this?

On the other switch there is no voice vlan I need to create this vlan and again I have no idea how to do this?

any help would be appreciated
