Default IP of 5530-24TFD

Hi Guys,

We've just received some of these switches and don't currently have a console cable to hand.

The 3 series has a default IP of 192.168.1.1 and is enabled by default for telnet access - does anyone know if the 5 series has a similar IP as has telnet enabled by default?

In answer to this, the 5 series have no default IP from what we can see.

Instead they run "install" automatically on boot where the IP address needs to be set via the console.

There is no default IP address for 55xx series. You need to have console connection must.
