ers 5000 bad checksum 5.6 rls

tried loading the ers5000 5.6 release from the web site and getting a checksum error.
    tried both secure and unsecure
Looks like the new releases are only 10meg and the previous releases were ~ 20meg
Are these files valid? anyone else have issues?

To upgrade to latest versions, some times you need to upgrade to an intermediate version.

for example, i have upgraded ers5k from 3.x to 5.6.
To do this you need to go to the last release of 3.x then last release of 4.x then try to go to 5.6.

It has to do with the software file not containing the correct signature for the older software to recognize the new file as a valid image.

      hi Steve,
What is the version from which you are trying to upgrade to 5.6?
like tcruz1 said, it is possible that an intermediate version image upgrade for boot room may required.
