EAP-TLS on Ignition Server 9.0.1

I am trying to authenticate users via EAP-TLS on my Ignition Server but keep getting this error:

RADIUS request timed out (client failed to respond)

Authenticator IP Address=10.10.10.10
User ID=host/abcd.net
Calling Station ID=00-26-82-df-70-96
Inner Protocol=UNKNOWN
Outer Protocol=NONE/UNKNOWN

I ran a packet capture on the Ignition server and can see the client is responding, so I am not sure why server is saying the client failed to respond. Has anyone seen such a problem? Any suggestions on digging deeper?

Solved

I determined that this error is occurring due to a lack of CA trust of the clients certificate.

Problem solved.

I wish the error message was more clear.
