WC8180 Load Balance and Band Steering issue

I'm trying to enable load balancing and band steering on a WC8180 with 8120 APs, version 3.0.0.076. However, under the radio profiles, when I enable LoadBalancingMode in the Enterprise Device Mananger and put a value in the Client LBUtilizationStart and Cutoff, then click apply, the Start value reverts to "NoSuchIntanace_OID". Also, if I check BandSteeringMode and click apply, the box unchecks itself. I've tried to set each from the command line with same results. Any suggestions?
