    no agent code

    Hi there,

    I have a 3549GTS-PWR+ and did an upgrade this morning with a 3500_502016.img file. After reboot, when the diag tool ends, it says no agent code and I can't do a thing.

    Searched the web and couple procedures say to simply download a new .img that will fit my diag tool version to get through this error. Tried every single file I could get my hand on from the download section of avaya's website and it's always an incompatible version...

    I'm new to this kind of manipulation/material and getting of a bit out of patience now, any help will be appreciated !

    It is now working, only needed the right file which I wasn't able to find.
