No stacking 4516t-pwr

I have two 4526t-pwr. I wish stack but i have problem with auto-detection.

-connect the cable satck
-select base-unit
-power on all units from the stack.

two switches have same FW 5.3.0.3 and SW 5.4.0.008

but no stack detection. I have many cable i have change but nothing happend.

when start base-unit the led of the base is on but when agent start the led is off and no stack-unit. I run the stack test internal and pass but the external test is broke.

Exist comand for enable o dislabe the ports of stack or which problem is there here

Sounds like you need to enable the rear ports as stacking ports, from the CLI the command is -

rear-ports mode stacking

Are you sure? If I would not have read that post I had been sure that this command is only available (and needed) on 3500 series.
