I'm afraid the answer may be never...
The Avaya VPN Router (formerly Contivity), VPN Gateway and Secure Router portfolios have either reached, are in or have been announced for End of Support Services, End of Manufacturer Support or End of Sale.
Avaya currently does not have any plans to release a Windows 10 compatible Avaya VPN IPsec / SSL VPN client.
If you are interested in pursuing this client release, please contact your Avaya Sales, Sales Engineer or authorized Business Partner to file a GRIP enhancement request on your behalf for formal consideration.
