Sorry for late reply, but heres the odd thing - i can ping the switch.
That is what is confusing me.

Hi, ive changed the management ip on the switch to 192.168.0.202 and when i ping it i get

the ip that is replying is my own PC's IP >:O
and still cant access CLI.

After all i reset the switch and redid everything and BAM, i have GUI. Thanks all that helped
