Config on Avaya switch 4526T

Someone could paste the correct commands to achieve the below:

Voice VLAN 42 - 192.168.42.254
Data VLAN 44 - 192.168.44.254
IP routing (forwarding) enable
DHCP relay not enable
Default route 192.168.44.2

LLDP to provision IP phones with the following:
1. Enable VLAN tagging
2. Use QoS values of Premium for voice and Platinum for signaling
3. Use call server IP 192.168.42.1
4. Use file server IP 192.168.42.1
