    RTR Reset not happing at defined time

    HI,

    I am having a CCMS 6.0 server which has its real time Statistics set as below,

    Data Collection Interval 24:00
    One of the intervals starts at 8:30

    However when I check the applicaiton logs on the system, I get the event 46952 RDC Cut Interval thread at different times in the day. It seems to be moving backwards by about 20-30 mins everyday. This causes the problem that any calls coming between the last reset time and 0830 show on the display and cause the service level of the centre to show incorrect information.

    I am contemplating to set the Data Colelction Interval to 12:00 and see if problem with drifting RDC reset continues.

    Any suggestions or previous experience with this problem will be useful

    Thanks

        Check time settings

        Hello pareshchop,

        Check for the following;

        a) CCMS Server: Windows Time service is disabled
        b) CCMS Server: Control Panel > Date & Time > DST box is unchecked
        c) CCMS Server: Control Panel > Date & Time > Internet Time zone box is unchecked
        d) PBX: Check that the date and time are synch'd to your time zone / region

        If any of these are enabled or incorrect, after the adjustments please reboot the CCMS server.

        Let me know if this helps.

        Regards,

        bp
