Having troubles with Avaya VP version 5.
I have modified System Backup setting from web interface and changed it from local to windows share. Verification was successful. After saving settings, can't access "System Backup" menu from web interface. It gives the following error:
Fatal error
Unhandled Exception:
rg.apache.jasper.el.JspELException
Exception Details:/faces/backup/backupManager.jsp(323,5) '#{backupOptions.packageModel}' Error reading 'packageModel' on type com.avaya.vp.beans.web.backup.BackupOptionsBean For input string: "360088.zip" Cookies
Any ideas why this happened and how to fix it?
