It spossible connect to any database and create Real Time Reports? Like Historical Reports can connect to CCM_STAT and create reports. But I am looking for any connection to Real Time.

Yes it is possible. As far as the specifics on how to do it I'm not 100% sure.
There is a real time stream that 3rd party applications can subscribe to and receive the stream of data. Those applications can then manipulate it and present it. I know of places that use this to get stats published to an intranet webpage.
