    CMS Report Structure

    I am new here and I do apologize if someone has already figured this out, but I've been tasked with the following and could use to help to achieve this, if anyone can help or pint me in the right direction

    Team Stats –

    Total Calls vs Abandon Calls including % Abandon on a per week basis.

    Top 10 Call Types on a per week basis

    Individual Stats –

    Calls per day taken for the week.

    Time spent on the phone w/ customer per day for the week.

    Time available to take calls per day for the week.
