issue with AES r4-2-3-33-0
hi:
i have a AES server with this version of software: r4-2-3-33-0
Since a couple of days i've been some alarms in the log file:
03:44:07 ERROR:WARNING:TSAPI:g3pderr:E_WARNING:L 1119:C 38:[CAS.CPP]: For message [MONITOR_DEVICE:111] an inappropriate or unknown private message UNKNOWN(65535) was found.
Aditionally, i have a problem with an application based on aes, is an smartscripting sotfware. this software launchs and script for a help desk user when a call is incoming. this script stop work at the same time that the error in the AES appeared. the application it doens't show information about the campaing.
i'll appreciate your help with this issue and if is necessary more information just let me know.
