AACC 6.1/6.2 Whisper

Hello,

Does anybody know whether or not in AACC 6.1/6.2 it is possible to send whisper announcement to the agent as the call is delivered to the agent? This would be a SIP enabled contact center.

I found the answer to this question. Whispers are not available in AACC. I wonder if there is any alternative. Anybody know?
