Media Manager-Call Recordings

I am trying to download call recordings audio files from the application server. the files are in .opus format. when i play them, there is no sound. when i play the files from the media manager web interface, it works fine.
i want to download all these files and decommission this server.
How can i download all files at once from web interface?

The files are encrypted in the store, so if you just sneak in and grab them you won't be able to replay them. To get unencrypted files you have to download them using one of the provided download mechanisms. And as far as I'm aware that's limited to 50 files at a time.

The one thing I haven't tried is archiving recordings to a separate store such as Google drive or AWS storage. It may be that the recordings are also unencrypted when they are moved to an external store. So if 50 at a time is going to be a real-problem, worth spending a day to see if archived recordings are unencrypted.
