WFM integration with AACC

Hi everyone
I need to integrate WFM 10.1 with AACC 6.0, but right now I only have documents about integrating WFM with Nortel CC6.
For someone have done this before, if you can give me some configuration steps, or some proper documents, it would be lovely.

Yes you can integerate WFM with AACC6.0

I guess documents are available of the Support site if Avaya.

Hi there, chakree. A friend of mine successfully integrated the two by using a third party app call Tenfold. It's been running smoothly for them so far and his team loves the feature they offer.
