    Can't activate Master Script (AACC 6.2)

    Hi,

    I have installed Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.2 with the latest service pack.
    But i have a problem with the TFE service and the scripts.

    I start OD and connect to the CCMS but my Master Script is not activated. If i try to activate it, it says that it did not activate successfully and the error message returned from the CCMS is blank.

    The TFE logs show that it is down and that no scripts are installed.

    Any idea what might be the problem? Or where to get the exact error message that's generated when trying to activate the master script?

    If you have the following installed remove it...AvayaAura_CCMA_6.2.204.10-0161_Patch

    This is a supplimental patch for SP4 on the CCMA that causes this issue. When removed the Master Script will activate correctly.
