Issue with MS AACC

Dear all,

We have a fresh 1 server AACC installed and configured, yet the route point is not playing any announcement or ringbacks though the master script is uploaded and the log files indicate that the script is processed correctly.
Any clue on how to continue from there?

Hi ,

This will require a proper log investigation as well as the configuration check on the server and also on MAS if you are using.

It's better to open a SR with Avaya Support.
