Hi, I have small Call centre with 10 agents which are using Avaya 9620 IP Phone and One-X Agent software on PC. They are answering on PC, and using IP Phone headset for conversation. Sometimes IP Phone rings, and there is no ring notification on PC in One-X Agent. After some rings on phone, agent is moved to unavailable state because he didn't answer.
Does somebody has similar problem?
