AACC6 SP4 Iceadmin issues query

hi all

we are upgrading from a Nortel CC6 to Avaya AACC6.2 SP4 and after we have migrated the database from the CCMA to Avaya CCMA 6.2 we are having problems resetting the IceAdmin password

It sometimes resets and it sometimes won't . The Iceadmin password change utiltity just hangs.

Our servers are all part of a Domain and we are using the Domain option on the Iceadmin password change utility

We cannot get the IceAdmin reset to run consistently . Has anyone else come across this issue ?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated !!

Hi,

I had the same problem when the Server was into Customer Domain

I remove it from the Domain and the problem wasnt appear again

after that i reenter the Server into Customer Domain

im sure its policy issue but i didnt had the time to deal with it

try it
