    CCMA Web browser not responding

    Dear All,

    I'm having an AACC 6.2 Active and Standby installed.Now the moment I login on the CCMA browser using webadmin,i went to configuration--->go to cdn (route point),when i click on the cdn route point or phoneset and voice ports or anything,the browser is not responding.

    I tried accessing orchestration designer to check the scripting,it is not responding as well.


    Any idea on how to resolve this issue please?

    DNS issue

    Check name resolution.

    Did you migrate ADAM or create Patition Manually?

      Have you try to give a reboot to CCMS and CCMA to see if this will fix your issue ?

      Else try to restart CCMS services.
