Ignore timezone? -- Proactive Contact 4.2

I configured an outbound job for testing purposes. It's using a calling list of test numbers (my home, cell, work etc). I need to be able to test after production time (9pm-9am) but it's not making calls during these hours, presumably because of the timezone settings. The job remains running but the Agent screen continues to show "waiting for a call".
The record selection is set to "Ignore Timezone" and the selection report shows that all selected records fall into the "+" TZ, which I thought would allow calls 24/7 based on the timezone.cfg (+:Special:5:EST5EDT:0-6:00.00:23.59).
Is there a way to set up a job that will bypass the timezones and make calls any time of day?

Not sure if anyone has actually answered this or if you found some other way, but the Ignore Timezones doesn't ignores timezones for purposes of how many you may have in a specific one, but does not ignore GUARDTIME. By putting everytihng in the "+" TZ it's just for grouping, but the guardtimes still rule the calling of the account.

The only way I have been able to do it is you have to trick the ZONEPHONE1 to be a timezone that can be call from your local dialer. generally you would need command line access to change the TZ, or you could use the record edit via the System Supervisor log in. Create a screen that displays the phonenumber and TZ and then manually change it on the list.

    Jsut a thought...
