    CCE5 presence Issue

    Hi, we have a client that is running CCE5. When the supervisors look at the Presence tab, the agents times are based on when the supervisor logs in rather than the agent state. For instance, a supervisor logs in and looks at the presence tab and all agents have started again from 00.00. A supervisor that has been logged in for 10 minutes will show the same agents as being available for 10.00. This has caused issues as the stats are different for each supervisor.
    Any ideas?

    This is working as designed. Unfortunately the stats in presence are not being referenced and rather are being calculated locally at the client level.

      Thanks for the reply/. Do you know the rational behind this ?
      I have to go back to the client and explain why two supervisors show two different stats for the same agent
