Hi, we have a client that is running CCE5. When the supervisors look at the Presence tab, the agents times are based on when the supervisor logs in rather than the agent state. For instance, a supervisor logs in and looks at the presence tab and all agents have started again from 00.00. A supervisor that has been logged in for 10 minutes will show the same agents as being available for 10.00. This has caused issues as the stats are different for each supervisor.
